- In-Application
Meetings are offered as a free service to discuss outstanding review
comments from City Staff for in-progress planning applications such as
Subdivision Plats, Site Development Plans, Subdivision Construction Plans,
or Heritage Tree Pruning or Removal Permits. A representative from a maximum
of two departments relevant to the outstanding comments may attend the
meeting. In-Application Meetings are intended to
provide applicants with feedback on outstanding review comments provided
by the City. Please reference eligibility criteria below:

- In-Application
Meetings are held by appointment only on a first come first serve basis
every on Thursdays in half hour increments, between 2 pm. and
4 pm. These meetings will be no longer than 30 minutes and will be held either virtually via Microsoft Teams or in person with the maximum of two departments noted at
the planning office located at 809 Martin Luther King Jr. St. Georgetown,
TX 78626. Meetings will not be scheduled unless the following criteria are
met:
a) In-Application Meetings will be available after the 1st reviews.*
b) The requester (owner/applicants) must have all fees paid.
c) Plan sheets containing the comments intended for discussion
must be attached below in the required field.
*Please
note: cases cannot be in active review status.
- To
reserve your meeting time, complete each section of this request form and
submit online. You
will receive an automated email
confirmation upon submission and another email from City staff within 3-4
business days with your scheduled meeting date and time. Incomplete
requests will not be accepted. If failure to join the meeting within 10 minutes of the
scheduled meeting will result in cancellation.
- The "In-App Meeting" program is a pilot program of the City of Georgetown. The terms of this program, and the program itself, are subject to alteration or termination without advanced notice based on examination of the pilot by City Staff.
- In-Application Meetings may not be utilized to
debate variances or exceptions to the requirements of the UDC. They are
intended to provide clarification and are not
the intended avenue for alternatives to requirements.
