A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, Granting a
Petition for Voluntary Annexation of Approximately 22.50 acres, more or less, in the
Lewis P. Dyches Survey, Owned by HB Longhorn Junction Phase III, LLP; and
Directing Publication of Notice and Public Hearings for Proposed Annexation
WHEREAS, the owners of the hereinafter described area of land have requested the governing
body of the City of Georgetown, pursuant to Local Government Code Section 43.028, by written
petition through a development agreement, properly acicnowledged, to annex said area of land into
the City of Georgetown, to -wit:
All of that certain 22.50 acres, more or less, in the Lewis P. Dyches Survey, located south of SE Inner
Loop and Blue Springs Parkway, for Airborn, Inc., that is more particularly described by metes and
bounds in Exhibit "A," and shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit "B," both of which Exhibits are
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full; and
WHEREAS, the said area of land, is contiguous to the existing city limits of the City of
Georgetown, and is vacant and without residents or has fewer than three qualified voters residing
on it.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS'
That the said Petition, being proper and according to .law, shall be, and it is hereby, granted;
and, further, the City Secretary is directed to commence the publication of notices of two public
hearings to be held July 10, 2.007, and on July 24, 2007 before the City Council on the subject of the
proposed annexation of the said area into the City of Georgetown; and further, to place upon the
City Council Agendas for August 14, 2007, and on or before October 23, 2007, the consideration of
the passage of an ordinance annexing said area into the City of Georgetown.

ANNEXATION PETITION
STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
REQUEST AND PETITION TO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN
FOR ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the undersigned is the owner or is otherwise duly authorized by the owner,
of a certain tract of property located within Williamson County, Texas, such property more
particularly described hereinafter by true and correct legal description (referred to herein as the
`Subject Property");
WHEREAS, the undersigned has full legal authority to petition and request this
annexation, and seeks and requests the annexation of the subject property by the City of
Georgetown, Texas, (hereinafter sometimes referred to as ' City") in order to obtain the benefits
of City services to the subject property by the City.
WHEREAS, the undersigned agrees and consents to the annexation of the Subject
Property by the City and further agrees to be bound by all acts, ordinances and all other legal
action now in force and effect within the corporate limits of the City and all those which may be
hereinafter adopted.
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned by this Petition and Request:
Section One: Requests the City Council of the City to commence annexation proceedings
and to annex into the corporate limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, the Subject Property,
being 22.5 acres of land out of the Lewis P. Dyches Survey, Abstract No. 180 in Williamson
County, Texas, as more particularly described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A" hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Section Two: Requests that after annexation the City provide such services as are legally
permissible and provided by the City to the Subject Property, including potable water, sanitation,
wastewater and general governmental services.
Section Three: Acknowledges and represent having received read and understood the
attached "draft" Service Plan (proposed to be applicable to and adopted for the subject property)
attached hereto as Exhibit "B", and that such `draft" Service Plan is wholly adequate and
acceptable to the undersigned who hereby requests the City Council to proceed with the
annexation and preparation of a final Service Plan and publish notice and hold the requisite
public hearings thereon, in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Texas.

Section Four: Acknowledges that the undersigned understands and agrees that all city
services to the subject property will be provided by the City on the same terms and conditions as
provided to other areas of the City and as provided in the Service Plan.
Section Five: Agrees that a copy of this Petition and Request may be filed of record in
the offices of the City and in the real property records of Williamson County, Texas, and shall be
notice to and binding upon all persons or entities now or hereafter having any interest in the
subject property.
