A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, Granting a
Petition for Voluntary Annexation of Approximately 18.61 acres, more or less, in the
Isaac Jones Survey, Abstract 232, located at 4887 Williams Drive; and Directing
Publication of Notice and Public Hearings for Proposed Annexation
Whereas, the owners of the hereinafter described area of land have requested the governing
body of the City of Georgetown, pursuant to Local Government Code Section 43.028, by written
petition, properly acknowledged, to annex said area of land into the City of Georgetown, to -wit:
18.61 acres out of the Isaac Jones Survey, Abstract No, 232, Williamson County, Texas,
and being a portion of that tract described as 110.74 acres in a General Warranty Deed to
Jay L. Wolf dated July 15, 1977 and recoded in Volume 676, Page557 of the Deed Records
of Williamson County, Texas, located at 4887 Williams Drive, that is more particularly
shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit "A," described by metes and bounds in
Exhibit "B," and both of which Exhibits are attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference as if set forth in full; and
Whereas, the said area of land, is contiguous to the existing city limits of the City of
Georgetown, and is vacant and without residents or has fewer than three qualified voters residing
on it.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
That the said Petition, being proper and according to law, shall be, and it is hereby, granted;
and, further, the City Secretary is directed to commence the publication of notices of two public
hearings to be held March 9, 2010, and on March 23, 2010 before the City Council on the subject of
the proposed annexation of the said area into the City of Georgetown; and further, to place upon the
City Council Agendas for April 7, 2010, and on or before April 27,, 2010, the consideration of the
passage of an ordinance annexing said area into the City of Georgetown.

Being 18.61 acres of land situated in Williamson County, Texas, out of the Issac Jones Survey,Abstract
No. 232, and being a portion of that tract of land described as 100.74 acres in a Generaly Warranty Deed
to Jay L. Wolf, dated July 15, 1977, and recorded in Volume 676, Page 557 of the Deed Records of
Williamson County, Texas, and further described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron pin with yellow plastic cap inscribed "CS, LTD" set in the south line of Casa
Loma Subdivision, a Williamson County subdivision recorded in Cabinet D, Slide 9, Plat Records
Williamson County, for the northwest corner of that tract described as 20.0 acres in a WarrantyDeed of
Gift to James David Wolf, et ux., dated March 12, 1996 and recorded as Document
Number m ber 9612381,
Official Records of Williamson County, Texas, and for the northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE: S 22°06'19" E 947.99 feet with the west line of said 20.0 acre Wolf tract to a 1/2 inch iron pin
with yellow plastic cap inscribed "CS, LTD" set for the southwest corner of said 20.0 acre
Wolf tract, and
for the southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE: across said 100.74 acre Wolf tract the following three (3) courses:
1. S 67°57'24" W 850.00 feet to a calculated point,
2. N 22°05'18" W 969.09 feet to a calculated point,
3. N 69°34'51" E 215.78 feet to a calculated point for the most westerly southwest corner of said
Casa Loma Subdivision;
THENCE: with the south line of said Casa Loma Subdivision the following eight (8) courses:
1. S 41 °31'49" E 7.61 feet to a calculated point,
2. S 59°48'49" E 10.59 feet to a calculated point,
3. N 67°14'11" E 283.56 feet to a calculated point,
4. N 68°24'11" E 25.42 feet to a calculated point,
5. N 68°03'11" E 133.75 feet to a calculated point,
6. N 68°09'11" E 74.12 feet to a calculated point,
7. N 69°08'28" E 87.40 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pin found for the southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 3,
said Casa Loma Subdivision,
8. N 69°22'44" E 20.82 feet to the Point of Beginning.
