A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, granting a
Petition for Voluntary Annexation of 0.33 acres out of the Clement Stubblefield
Survey, Abstract 558, for a portion of the Wolf Tract; and Directing Publication of
Notice and Public Hearings for Proposed Annexation
Whereas, the owners of the hereinafter described area of land have requested the governing
body of the City of Georgetown, pursuant to Local Government Code Section 43.028, by written
petition, properly acknowledged, to annex said area of land into the City of Georgetown, to -wit:
0.33 acres out of the Clement Stubblefield Survey, Abstract 558, Williamson County,
Texas, more particularly shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit "A," described by
metes and bounds in Exhibit "B," and both of which Exhibits are attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full; and
Whereas, the said area of land, is contiguous to the existing city limits of the City of
Georgetown, and is vacant and without residents or has fewer than three qualified voters residing
on it.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS
That the said Petition, being proper and according to law, shall be, and it is hereby, granted;
and, further, the City Secretary is directed to commence the publication of notices of two public
hearings to be held November 8, 2011, and November 22, 2011 before the City Council on the subject
of the proposed annexation of the said area into the City of Georgetown; and further, to place upon
the City Council Agendas for December 13, 2011, and on or before March 13, 2012, the consideration
of the passage of an ordinance annexing said area into the City of Georgetown.

Stubblefield Survey, Abstract No. 558 In Williamson County, Texas, said land
being a portion of that certain tractof land, called 412 acres, as conveyed to Jay
L. Wolf by deed as recorded in Volume 422, Page 84, of the Deed Records of
Williamson County, Texas. Surveyed on the ground in the month of May, 2011,
under the supervision of Brian F. Peterson, Registered Professional Land
Surveyor, and being more particularly described as follows;
Beginning for Reference at an iron pin found marking the Southwest corner of
that certain 0.926 of an acre Dedicated Right -of -Way as shown an the plat of
Wolf Ranch Subdivision, a subdivision of record in Cabinet Y, Slide 112, of the
Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas;
THENCE, along the west line of the said 0.926 of an acre Dedicated Rigght-of-
Way, N 02°19'16" W, 84.82 feet to an iron pin set for the Southeast comer and
Point of BEGINNING hereof
THENCE, S 87°39'11" W, 240.00 feet to an iron pin set for the Southwest corner
hereof;.
THENCE, N 02°19'16" W, 30.06 feet for the Northwest comer hereof;
THENCE, N 87°39'11" E, 240.00 feet to the Northeast comer hereof and a point
on the said east line of the 0.926 of an acre Dedicated Right -of -Way;
THENCE, along the said east line of the 0.926 of an acre Dedicated Right -of -
Way, S 02°19'16' E, 30.06 feet to the Place of BEGINNING and containing 7,214
