The approval was only for the sidewalks and retaining wall on the River place property. HARC doesn't have in jurisdiction over the hike and bike trail or low river crossing. Mark gave a really good presentation. The Commissioners had some of the same concerns expressed at our meeting. However, the Commission voted for unanimous approval. Sam Pfiester asked me to thank the board for your support of the project. The presentation Mark gave was much better than the one he gave to our board. His presentation included a computer generated model that allowed you to see the project from different angles. Thanks, Eric P.
