for record in the office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Tess, the
map of said tract of land attached hereto, and said County Clerk is hereby
authorized to accept for filing; and to record said map of said tract of land*
II* In accepting the dedication of the Streets and Walks shown on said map
eof said tract of land, the City. dors not assume any obligation to grade, im"
prove or maintain the streets or walks shown thereon unless said City elects
to do so.

Purposes; and
WHEREAS said Subdivision has never been developed and none of the
streets and alleys shown on said plat have ever been, used or opened as such
and there is no necessity that the same be opened; and
WHEREAS no person has-*. • demand the.t any of •
streets or alleys be opened, or to object to their being abandoned by the
City of Georgetown as public streets or alleysp and
WHEREAS it is to the public interest that said streets and alleys
be abandoned and that all of c r1rrht, title and interest of
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown that all of the streets and alleys in said F. J. Perrin Sub"Ilk
division, to -writ:

It is further resoleved that all, of the right, title and interest of
the City of Georgetown in and to said Streets and alleys be sold to the George-
town Independent School District for the sma of $5.00, and the Mayor of said
City is authorized and directed to convey such interest to the Georgetown
Independent School District by a quit claim deed, the same to be attested by
the City Secretary!
