Sectional® That henceforth from effective date of this resolution for the offence of illegal, overtime parking in a space where there is an adjacent parking; meter h maintained and under circumstances consti•tutanC a violation of the overtime parkin x law as defined under the existing City Ordinance of the City, the Police depart rtren.t is authorized to stamp on. the ` Notice �to�Appear s, ticket the follauinga words. s - This offence will be dismissed after you takes this ticket to City Mall ( 9th. & main Street) and there deposit 5 in meter within one hour from time when this ticket was issued* Section. * The presentation of the ticket and the deposit of �� within one hour ai ter the time said ticket was issued contitutes grounds for dismissal by the Police Ike partni ent o Section. 3. The deposit of 5� at the City Hall in Georgetown, Texas within the sixty minute time limit set out above and the presentation of the ticket shall be mandatory to a dismissal of said. offence* Section 4.
