SECTION 1. That since the public convenience, safe and necessity
of the City and the people of the City require it, said eject shah be
constructed.
SECTION 2. That the lYla-t,ror of the City be and is he:
execute for and on behalf of the City an agreement and c
}torte of `Texas in accordance with and for the purpose of
terms and provisions of this ordinance, in the form atta,
marked "Exhibit B". The ��fayor of the City is further
