NMEREA , the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, desires
to construct sewage treatment worsts and propose to file an application through
the Texas ;tate Lepartment of Health to the U. S. Public Law t60 of the 84th
I Congress, as Amended
BE IT PESOI;VED BY THE M&YOR AND CITY COUNCIL OI' ThE CITY OF GEORGE`I'OM4 0
TEXAS AS FOLUMS:
1. That the City of Georgetown will provide proper and efficient

operation and maintenance of the;, -project after its completion.
2. That the estimated cost for operation and maintenance is ap-
proximately X3,715 per annum, said estimate beim; based on the following
schedule:
Labor Ilan days per month 24 cost/yr. $ 1500.00
Maintenance
(Repair, replacement:, painting, etc.) cost/yr. t1015.00
Operation
{ Power costg, supplies, etc.) cost //pr. X1200.00
3. That the City will employ qualified personnel in accordance with

operate the sewage treatment plant.
