She will begin work on July 9. • Attendance at the children's and tween's programs has been greater than in recent years. The Fairy Party for preschool to seven -year -olds was a huge success. There were nearly twenty fairy houses entered in an impromptu competition. • - In the teen summer program the reading competition is going strong with 150E hours being reported in June. Attendance at the weekly programs is steady. The teen art show has nearly 50 entries. The deadline for submission is July 8. • Xander Ortiz, accompanied by guitar and piano, sang favorites from the past six decades during the June live music event on Sunday, June 24.; STAFF ACTIVITIES • Eric Lashley spoke to the Sun City Kiwanis on June 1. The club pave the library a check for 1000 for youth programming. He spoke to Sertoma on June 28.
