Absent: Sally Riddle, Wayne Porter, Tay Rep. RebeccarPfiesterNell Dickson. The minutes of the November 10, 1997 meeting were approved as written with a motion from Nelda, a second from Greg and a passing vote. Nominations for slate of officers (presentation of slate): Michelle Crider, vice -chair Nell Dickson, chair Greg Gibbons, Treasurer Sally Riddle, secretary Comments from citizens: a letter which expressed being pleased with small- town library. An impressive Calendar of Action was shown to the board. Sheila met with city about overcrowded area in technical services -- the Board Room will become Sheila's Office and her office will be for two staff members, Ralph will also be moved into the TX History Room. Gift/Memorial Fund Expenditures were presented as written in packet. No old or new business was presenters. Sharon moved to adjourn the meeting, Nelda seconded, the motion passed.
