New Business: The city did not increase the library's training/travel budget to include sending the board members to the retreat. Sally made a motion that the board members will pay their own way and that if this prevents anyone from attending, the board will deal with the situation on an individual basis. Nelda seconded, the motion passed. Sheila indicated that there is a problem with patrons tearing out pages and stealing from the Texas History room.
