MAIN STREET ADVISORY BOARD MEETING MINUTES
8:30 A.M. — TUESDAY, JUNE 4, 2010
WILLIAMSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE
2ND FLOOR NORTH CONFERENCE ROOM, GEORGETOWN, TEXAS

1. The meeting was called to order at 8:34 a.m. by Board Chair Connie Watson.
2. Linda moved to approve the May 20 minutes. The motion was seconded by
Mike. Minutes were approved by all board members present.
3. Robbie Wyler gave the HARC update. Topics discussed:
• Tamiro Plaza to update Master Sign Plan
4. Staff Report given: joint meeting with the Main Street Advisory Board, the
Arts & Culture Board and the CVB on Thursday, June 4 at 4 p.m. at Wildfire.
5. Committee Reports:
a. Promotion: scheduled meetings changed to second Thursdays at 3 p.m.,
committee is working on "Top Ten Lists" and the 2011 Georgetown
Swirl (possible date of Feb.19± suggested)
b. Economic Restructuring: Downtown available properties tour for
brokers scheduled for October 7, possible incentive for businesses to stay
open longer hours
c. Organization: no report
d. Design: committee is working on video guides for potential downtown
business owners, temporary window signage, facade renderings of
buildings and Georgetown Swirl graphics update for 2011
6. The meeting was adjourned at 9:18 a.m. The next meeting is set for July 9.
