Members Present: Melanie Dunham, Jane Paden, Penny Plueckhahn, Georgene Richaud
Members Absent: Charles Aguillon, Steve Proesel, Mandy Solin
A. Eric Lashley called the meeting to order at 2:05 p m Georgene Richaud moved, seconded by
Jane Paden, that Penny Plueckhahn serve as chair pro tem since no chair or vice chair was
present. Motion passed unanimously.
B. There were no announcements regardmg upcoming events.
C. No citizens were present.
D. Consideration and approval of minutes of last meeting Georgene moved, seconded by Jane, that
the minutes be approved as distributed. Motion passed unanimously.
E. Consideration of and possible action on
1 Election of vice chair and secretary — Eric Lashley. Georgene moved, seconded by Jane,
that the election of officers be postponed until the next meeting of the Board. The motion
passed unanimously
2. Calling a Special Meetmg of the board on Wednesday, March 25 — Eric Lashley Georgene
moved, seconded by Jane, that the Board hold a special meeting on Wednesday, March 25, at
2:00 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
Penny Plueckhahn adjourned the meeting at 2:15 p.m.
