UBPC (1995 International Building Code) because the IRC is much better and geared toward
engineers. Martin asked, if at the main code meeting that Hall attends were there any major
concerns? He also ask, do we wait until 2003 code and adopt that? Hall explains we have until
March to purpose a change. September will be the examination of the Codes and February 4 will
be when they are ready. Hall chooses to write the ordinance and submit to BSC. Lennins is in
favor of moving on with the adoption of the codes. Martin agrees with Lenning. Martin state, "Go
with the latest codes and adopt them." If there is a change an ordinance/variance can be written.
