Civil Service Commission Members:
Civil Service Commission meets once a quarter as meetings are called, unless otherwise specified.

Regular Session to convene Executive Session, if necessary
Executive Session
In compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Government Code, Vernon's Texas Codes,
Annotated, the items listed below will be discussed in closed session and are subject to action in the
regular session that follows.
I.Sec.551.074: Personnel matters
- Medical Appeal (Civil Service Chapter 143.022) Update
Regular Session
II.Approval of minutes from the last meeting(s).
III.Discussion of possible action to make changes to the Rules and Regulations of the Firefighters’
and Police Officers’ Civil Service Commission
Police Alternate Promotion process, Entry Hiring preference.
IV.Discussion and possible action to set the date and time for the next meeting.
V.Adjourn
