Station #3 Lobby, located at 5 Texas Drive, Georgetown, Texas

Civil Service Commission meets once a quarter as meetings are called, unless otherwise specified.
Call to Order at 11:00 AM
Regular Session to convene Executive Session, if necessary
Executive Session
In compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Government Code, Vernon's Texas Codes,
Annotated, the items listed below will be discussed in closed session and are subject to action in the
regular session that follows.
I.Sec.551.074: Personnel matters
Regular Session
II.Approval of minutes from the last meeting
III.Discussion and possible certification of Police Officer eligibility list.
IV.Discussion and possible action to set the date and time for the next meeting.
V.Adjourn
