The Downtown TIRZ Board will meet on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at 01:30 PM in the Georgetown City Hall
2nd Floor Conference Room

Downtown TIRZ Board Members:
Councilmember Dale Ross (Chair), Councilmember Ben Oliver, Finance Director Micki Rundell, Main
Street Advisory Board Chair Kirk Kriegel, Assistant City Manager Tom Yantis
Call to Order at 01:30 PM
Consideration and possible action to approve the expenditure of TIRZ funds and to
adopt a budget appropriating those funds for downtown improvements associated with
the Downtown Master Plan.
Board may, at any time, recess the Regular Session to convene in Executive Session at the request of the
Chair, a Board Member, the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Council Member, or legal
counsel for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, and
are subject to action in the Regular Session that follows.

Meeting was posted at City Hall, 113 E. 8th Street,a place readily accessible to the general public at all
