The Downtown TIRZ Board will meet on Friday, July 22, 2011 at 01:00 PM in the City Hall Main Floor
Conference Room located at 113 East 8th Street.

Downtown TIRZ Board Members:
Call to Order at 01:00 PM
AGENDA
1.Approval of minutes from the February 28, 2011 meeting.
2.Consideration and possible action to amend the Downtown TIRZ Project Plan and
Reinvestment Zone Financing Plan.
3.Consideration and possible action to approve funding from the Downtown TIRZ for a
contract with BGK Architects for $9,950, to prepare a feasibility study for a downtown
parking structure that would include a retail component.
4.Adjourn
Board may, at any time, recess the Regular Session to convene in Executive Session at the request of the
Chair, a Board Member, the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Council Member, or legal
counsel for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, and
are subject to action in the Regular Session that follows.
