The Downtown TIRZ Board will meet on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the City of
Georgetown Main Floor Conference Room, located at 113 East 8th Street, Georgetown, Texas

Downtown TIRZ Board Members:
Call to Order at 10:00 AM
Agenda:
1.Approval of minutes from the November 7, 2011 meeting. Danella Elliott, Administrative
Manager
2.Presentation of the 2013 Estimated Revenue Report. Micki Rundell, Chief Financial
Officer
3.Consideration and possible action to approve project expenditures to implement elements of the
TIRZ project plan, including sidewalks, master plan, parking, art center and pocket park
improvements. Laurie Brewer, Assistant City Manager
4.Adjourn
Board may, at any time, recess the Regular Session to convene in Executive Session at the request of the
Chair, a Board Member, the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Council Member, or legal
counsel for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, and
are subject to action in the Regular Session that follows.
