Downtown TIRZ Board Members: Rachael Jonrowe, Rusty Winkstern, Len Lester, David Kellerman, Shelly Hargrove, Laurie Brewer Call to Order at 04:00 PM AGENDA 1.Overview of the 2013/14 Financial Report. Micki Rundell, Chief Financial Officer 2.Presentation and possible discussion on the close-out final report for the Grape Creek project. Susan Morgan, Finance Director and Micki Rundell, Chief Financial Officer 3.Consideration and possible action to approve Fiscal Year 2014 project expenditures to implement elements of the TIRZ project plan, including sidewalks, parking, festival area/civic center, and improve pedestrian street crossings. Laurie Brewer, Assistant City Manager 4.Adjourn Board may, at any time, recess the Regular Session to convene in Executive Session at the request of the Chair, a Board Member, the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Council Member, or legal counsel for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, and are subject to action in the Regular Session that follows.
