SUBJECT: Proposed Rates and Charges Adjustments
At the request of the City Council, a review of all Airport rates and charges not subject to a long term
lease agreement was done. This included T- Hangar and Tiedown monthly rental rates, the Fuel Flowage
Fee, and the wholesale, bulk aviation fuel price margin. This office prepared a price history summary of
each with a proposed inflation adjustment.
At the March, 2010, Airport Advisory Board meeting, a subcommittee was appointed by Chairman Brown
to review the material prepared by this office and to report back to the Board at the April meeting. At the
.pril meeting, the Board voted unanimously to recommend the adjustments to the Council at a workshop
on May 25, 2010. The City Council will consider and vote on the proposed adjustments at the July 13,
2010, meeting.
The proposed adjustments are as follows:
