n. No tools, machines, or maintenance fixtures may be
attached to any Aircraft Storage Hangar structure or floor
that would have a negative effect on the structural
integrity of the hangar.
o. Aircraft Storage Hangar occupants who desire to perform
aircraft assembly or maintenance in accordance with the
provisions of these Rules and Regulations shall maintain
an approved, minimum ten (10) pound, dry chemical fire
extinguisher suitable for use on Types "B" and "C" fires
with current inspection certificate from an approved fire
equipment company or the Fire Marshal.
vii. CHEMICALS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
1. Operators utilizing chemicals or other hazardous materials shall
store these materials in tank containers and buildings meeting
State and/or Federal standards. The location of on- airport storage
areas will be determined by the Airport Director. Storage
facilities shall be designed to protect the public and the natural
environment from these materials. Any accidental spills or
leaking of materials shall be reported immediately to the Airport
Director and designated local, state or federal authorities.
2. No chemicals, fuels, lubricants or hazardous materials may be
discharged into the storm water or sanitary sewer systems. All
chemicals and used containers shall be disposed of by the lessee
off - airport and in compliance with applicable local, state, and
federal regulations.
3. Use of chemicals or hazardous materials is restricted to those
areas protected by oil /water separators.
