Consideration of Tshirt printing estimates and possible action to approve printing and spending on Tshirts- Theodore Brown Sara Peacock motions to get three bids for the t-shirts and to use the lowest estimate. Rachel Champion seconds. Vote is unanimous in favor of the motion. Consideration and possible action to move forward with art advocacy project-Claire Janes Claire Janes motions to move the art advocacy item to a later agenda. Sara Peacock seconds. Vote is unanimous in favor of the motion. Update on progress of The Nest Supply Drive- GYAB members -Next meeting members will collect the items and bring them. Consideration and possible action to create and maintain GYAB social media accounts-Katie Coffman -Everything posted on the site becomes public record, and the page represents the City of Georgetown. Info about meetings and service projects will be posted on the sites. ((Facebook and Twitter)) -Robin will come to the next meeting and talk with members about the set up of the pages.
