Staff present. Jemtifer C. Bills, Housing Coordinator; Laurie Brewer, Assistant City Manager;
Thfs is a regular meeting of the Housing Advisory Board of the City of Georgetown. The Board,
appointed by the Mayor and the City Council, makes recomm¢ndaHons to the City Council on
affordable housing matters.

The meeting was called to order at 3:41 by Todd.

Bills opened up discuss regarding the responses from c cil members at the
workshops n. Woodard and Doerir�g }tad both c mpiled notes from the
eet ng and Doering presented a list of priorities and c she had distilled
from the workshop. The list was further broken down into Stems that needed
espouses of either more ixrformation or just a Bari fication of the facts, factors
[hat needed to be considered while completing a workforce housing plan, and
input from speciAc groups that will be impacted, namely, GISD and housing
developers.

b. Next steps to addrese comments.
o Develop a orkforce housing incentive plan.
Invite developers to speak with board members to advise what kind of
¢ntives and development st-mdards make a project more cosy effective.
Conduct an anatyais on how any in entives o standards offered will
mpact the city, both on bard cosxs and ¢ c gain.
Explain how any alT¢rnative standards will affect the lixval product of the
building and site.
o Create an easy to read fact sheet on affordable and workforce housing terms
and statistics.
o Approach the Georgetown Irvdependent School District and request input on
Hae Locarions for Multifamily Housing plan.
Address all c menu and feedback received from City Covmcil.
o Gather rtsput from o and tenants along with builders and developers
about possible affordable housing incentives that affect the end housing
product.

requiring more repair work Haan was originally intended for the program and any
