The Board, appointed by the Mayor and the City Council, makes recomm¢ndaHons to the City Council on affordable housing matters. Invite developers to speak with board members to advise what kind of ¢ntives and development st-mdards make a project more cosy effective. Conduct an anatyais on how any in entives o standards offered will mpact the city, both on bard cosxs and ¢ c gain. Explain how any alT¢rnative standards will affect the lixval product of the building and site. o Create an easy to read fact sheet on affordable and workforce housing terms and statistics. o Approach the Georgetown Irvdependent School District and request input on Hae Locarions for Multifamily Housing plan.
