NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THE CITY OF
GEORGETOOFWN, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The facts and recitations contained in the preamble of this resolution are here
found and declared to be true and correct, and are incorporated by reference herein and expressly ma
a part hereof, as if copied verbatim. The City Council hereby finds that this resolution implemen
Finance Policy I of the Century Plan - Policy Plan Element, which states, "The City will conduct
municipal operations in an efficient business -like manner",j and further finds that the adoption Of t
resolution is not inconsistent or *in conflict with any other Century Plan Policies, as required by Sect
•
2.03 of the Administrative Chapter of the Policy Plan.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Secretary to attest thereto
an agreement with First Texas Bank to continue service as City of Georgetown, Texas, Depository for an
additional thirty-one (31) days after its approval by the City Manager and City Attorney,
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.

DEPOSITORY AMENDMENT
This Amendment is entered into the day of , 1994 by and between
the City of Georgetown, Texas (the "City") and First Texas Bank of Georgetown (The "Bank").
a state banking association, to extend the existing agreement for depository services for an
additional thirty-one (31) days, ending October 31, 1994.
