VMEREAS, upon considering the Application and additional information pertaining to
the Application, the City Council now finds that there are no utilities existing in that portion of
the easements to be abandoned and that the utility companies serving the area including and
that portion of easements to be abandoned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,

The City Council finds that this action implements the following policies of the Century
Plan - Policy Plan:
1 Growth and Physical Development Policy 1, which states "The City will ensure

The City Council has found that this action is not inconsistent or in conflict with any other
Century Plan Policies, as required bye�rc/ttion 2.03 of the Administrative Chapter of the Policy

SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of
Georgetown, a Quit Claim Deed abandoning ten (10) feet of the 25 foot wide Public Utility
Easements located along the secondary street frontages (west lot lines) of Lots 6, 7, 17 and 18,
Block C, Resubdivision of Berry Creek Subdivision, Section Six, as recorded in Cabinet K,
Slides 271-272 of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, and located at 29008 Oakland
Hills, 29019 Bay Hill Court, 29000 Bay Hill Court, and 29011 Colonial Drive, and the City
Secretary to attest thereto on behalf of the City of Georgetown.
