A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INCREASED EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS FOR THE AGREEMENT WITH THE FIRMS OF LLOYD,
GOSSELIN[, RYAN & FOWLER, P.C., WILLIS GRAVES &
ASSOCIATES, INC,; AND GEBHARD ENGINEERS, INC. FOR
CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE REPRESENTATION OF THE
CITY OF GEORGETOWN IN THE RATE PROCEEDINGS AGAINST
BRAZOS'RIVER AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown wishes to continue its
representation by the firms of Lloyd; Gosselmk, Ryan & Fowler,
PX.; Willis Graves & Associates, Inc.; and Gebnard Engineers;
Inc, in the Brazos River Authority rate proceedings against Dow
Chemical, at. al,; and
WHEREAS, the total previously authorized expenditure of
$100,000 has been or will soon be exhausted.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the
City of Georgetown, Texas, That;
SECTION I.
The City Council finds that the recitals set forth above are
true and correct and are adopted herein verbatim as if sully set
forth at length.
SECTION II.
The City Council approves the total increased expenditure of
$501000 for the services provided by the firms of Lloyd,
Gosselmk, Ryan & Fowler; P.C,; Willis Graves & Associates, Inc„
and Gebhard Engineers, Inc, payable from the Utility Fund
Council Contingency Fund for legal and consultant services in the
Brazos RiverAuthority rate proceeding,
SECTION III.
The Mayor .is hereby authorized to execute this resolution
and the City Secretary to attest.
