A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ADOPTION AGREEMENT OF A
CAFETERIA(IRC SECTION 125) PLAN FOR THE AUDITION OF A
CHILD AND DEPENDENT CARE REIMBURSEMENT SUPPLEMENT TO THE
PLAN
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas
desires to provide a tax-sheltered program for the City employees
to pay eligible dependent and child care expenses; and,
WHEREAS, an IRC Section 125 Flan (also known as a Cafeteria
Plan) is available to provide such a program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF, THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS
SECTION I
That the Mayor and City Council authorizes the adoption agreement
to be amended to provide for the child and dependent care'
reimbursement supplement.
SECTION II
That the plan year for the child and dependent care reimbursement
will be from January 1, 1991 to September 30, 1991,

A Child and Dependent Care Reimbursement Plan
Health Expense Reimbursement Plan
In connection herewith, the employer makes the following statements and selections for each

from sources within the United Slates.
