Home My WebLink AboutMinutes_GYAB_10.16.2014Minutes for October 16, 2014 Meeting called to order at 05:37 pm Overview of GYAB- Jim Robertson  Robertson briefly explained the purpose of the GYAB to new members, and listed past projects that could be replicated Election of Officers- Jim Robertson  Floor was open to any member to suggest members for positions  Positions are as follows:  Thomas Jane- Chairman  Cooper Cash- Vice-Chairman  Jacqueline Massey- Secretary  Dawson Speer- Treasurer  Brandi Lugo- Sargent at Arms  Each position was unopposed; each mot ion for a new candidate was approved  There were no further discussions related to elections Discussion of Future Projects- Jim Robertson  Suggestions for a future projects were listed and discussed  The most popular ideas consisted of hosting a teen party a nd hosting a disc golf tournament and other such sporting events Discussion to Change Meeting Times  Meetings are to be changed from 05:30 pm to 05:45 pm, and will end at 06:30 as previously planned. Meetings will take place on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month.
