This is a regular- meeting of the Zoning Berard of Adiustinent of the City of Georgetown- The
Board, appointed by the May( -,r and the City Council, acts on re ,ries[:; for variances,
interpretations and special exceptions under the Georgetown Zoning Ordinance.
Board Member(s) Absent: Kevai Pitts

Chair Daviti called the meeting to order at 5,00 p.en.

Chair Davis opened the Public Hearing. No one came forward; the. Public Hearing was
closed.
Motion by Board member Moore to approve the Special Exception for expansion of a
,x:nconfolIning si:racture at. Fleagor Addition, Mock 1, Lets 7-20 & 22, located at 77.3
West University Avenue. Second by Board member Chompson. Approved, (4.0)
