D. Consideration of Library Director's report — Eric Lashley — Lashley reported circulation was slightly
down for the month of December, but visitations were slightly up. Lashley noted that the library

Bookmobile circulation was steady with 2,697 checkouts. Lashley noted that Michele Harber will
be extending the Sun City stop by an additional half hour.

new computers should resolve the issues some of our patrons were experiencing with our older
computers.

interview panel and has volunteered to assist Kalena train new volunteers.
Lashley reported that the library received two public information requests to view security camera
footage. One request was regarding an act of vandalism. The other regarded the alleged violation

on open records requests to ensure the footage could be viewed by those who requested the
information.
Nix reported that she was invited to attend January's Friends of the Library board meeting. She
reported that the Friends were very organized and doing very well financially.
