ORDINANCE - Partial Abandonment of Utility Easement Easti k of Block 34 Synder's Addition - lst Reading In order to secure title insurance on the referenced property, applicant seeks to vacate and abandon portions of two blanket utility easements placed upon the property by deeds in 1946 and 1947 and reserve a,9.5' utility easement along the west line of said property from l3th Street to 14th Street which is sufficient to allow for all known existing utilities. 15. ORDINANCE - Partial Abandonment of the north 20.4 feet of an original 30 foot alley running west from Main Street between Lot 9 of Montgomery Addi- tion and Lot 1 of John Sparks Addition.
