Motion by G i r. v i n e. n d second by Shell to accept
Leo Wood's resignation and approve the 4p5;:=`me'nt of

account. Motion carried by, unanimous vote. Note

Temporary Assistant City Manager and Interim City

Motion by Connor and second by King to authorize

carried by unanimous vote.
