A. RP Development Plan - The Barbarosa
No revised Plat has been submitted and Staff has not completed the sign -off.
B. Preliminary Plat - Thousand Oaks III
West

2. Master Plan - Sector 9
This is a Residential Area and this development would be compatible with
existing development. However, the use of City water and sewer would be
more beneficial to the development of this area.
C. Preliminary Plat - North Fork Park
1. Location and surrounding area
Located on Booty's Road across from Candle Oaks Subdivision, and adjacent
to the Corps of Engineer's property on the West and vacant land on the
North and East.
2. Master Plan - Sector 4
Since this area has developed with nice single family homes, it would
seem appropriate for the developer to put in a development that would
at least minimize conflict with the existing neighborhood.

4. Great care should be taken to see that, if we plan to service this develop-
ment with water, that we be certain we will not adversely affect existing users.

E. Abandonment of a Portion of Thousand Oaks Blvd. -- See Staff Report.
F. Abandon Road Easement - Janis Drive -- See Staff Report.

H. Preliminary Plat - Williams Addition 7
1. Location and surrounding area
Located on the Northern end of Central Drive between Golden Oaks Road
and IH -35.
2. Master Plan - Sector 4
No conflict with Master Plan recommendations for this area.

I. Rezoning - University Avenue (Between Hart and Timber Streets) RM -3 & R -S to G-1
1. Location and surrounding area
Located on the corner of Timber St. & University Ave.
Adjacent on the West is a car wash.
Across University Ave. to the North is a shopping center and church.
To the East across Timber Street is residential.
Adjacent to the South is also residential.
2. Master Plan - Sector 8
The issue here is impact on the residential areas
Access to the property should be considered as this area has some traffic
problems already.
Buffering of some type should be done to protect the adjacent residential
area to the South.
J. Ordinance - Abandon Easement - Sere-nada West 11, 2nd Reading,
