AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO PUBLISH OR CAUSE TO BE PUBLISHED
NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDthat the Mayor of the City of Georgetown is
hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of such public hearing to
be published'once in _a newspaper ha erl circulation in the Cit
and in the above described territory not more than twenty (20) days nor
less than (10) days prig to the date of said public hearing , all in
accordance with the Municipal AnnexationAct (Chapter 960, Acts of the
58�h Legislatureq Regular Session, 1963; compiled as 970a Vernon's Texas
Civil Statutes).

ANNEXATION OF 43.26 ACRES
BEING 43.26 acres in the David Wright Survey, Abstract No. 13, in
Williamson County, ,Texas.
BEGINNING at a point in the northeasterly R.O.W. line of Texas State
Highway No. 2338, said point being marked by a monument designated
as Engineer's Station No. 707,+ 15.8, said point being further des-
cribed as the PT of a curve; said point gears N 58°13'E, 40.00 feet
from the centerline of the ,said Highway.
THENCE along said R.O.W. line with a curve concave to the Southwest
having a radius of 1949.89 feet, Northwesterly 243.55 feet along said
curve through a central angle of 07'09'24"
