A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN
EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN
FOR THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas (the "City")
deems it necessary and proper, and in the best interest of the citizens of
Georgetown, Texas to adopt an Emergency Operations Plan (the "Plan") for the
City:
1. The City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas adopts the
Emergency Operations Plan (the "Plan"), attached hereto as Exhi-
bit "A"; and
2. This "Plan" supersedes all other plans previously adopted as
Emergency Operation Plan; and
3. The "Plan" becomes effective immediately upon passage of this
resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this day of 1988.
