WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown is a voting entity in the
Williamson County Appraisal District; and
WHEREAS, there has been a resignation of a Williamson County
Appraisal District Board Member and the Williamson County
Appraisal District has requested that the City of Georgetown
nominate a candidate; and

WHEREAS, this nomination is requested by October 26, 1988;
WHEREAS, the City desires to nominate a candidate for this
Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL:
SECTION I: The City of Georgetown does hereby nominate

Williamson County Appraisal District:
SECTION II: That a copy of this Resolution be certified by
the Secretary of this City and furnished to the Williamson County
Appraisal District prior to the 27th day of October, 1988.

Mr. Harold Parker from Georgetown has resigned from the Williamson County
Appraisal District Board of Directors effective immediately4
Each voting entity is entitled to submit nominations to serve -for the
remainder of Mr. Parker's term. To do this, the governing body, by re-

solution, must submit the name (or names) to me no later than October
26, 1988. The list of names will then be submitted to the Board of
Directors for the selection of the new member.
