appointed by the N4ayor and the City C_'ouncil, makes recommendations to the City Cottncilon
affordable ]Housing matters.
Regular Session -To o begin no earlier than 3:30 p.m.
The meeting was called to order at 3:31 by Walt Doering.

Chair Doering welcomed new board members Richard Clasco and Ihn Minn anis
Suggested everyone introduce themselves with, a brief backorour'id.
C. Consideration and possible action to approve minutes from the February -ti+, 20-15
meeting

Thursday of each month. Board and staff discussed staffing and room reservation
issues.
Motion by Gavurnik tor-nove ti-te Housing Advisory Board meeting to the third

Baxter. Approved 5-0.

Board and staff brie ly reviewed and discussed the Bylaws and Code of Ordinance:.
Chair Doering, suggested including the Boards Purpose and Mission into the Agenda.
a The Board is established for the purpose of onsuring that the City has affordable
housing for residents at all income levels.
Membersare encouraged to be active in discussions aid activities of the
commission, corounitfee or board, seeking to be innovative, creative, and freely

Board and staff discussed focusing on specifics, being; more concise aced clarifying items
such as separating owner -occupied and rental presentation.
1. Discussion and possible action on the implementation steps:
1. Forwarding the Workforce Housing i.ocation through the annual
Comprehensive Plan Amendment process with the Planning Department
2. Adopting the site and development incentives in the. Unified Development
Code (UDC).
Bills discussed in order to implement the Workforce Housing Locations the, board is
