Call to order: The meeting was called to order at 6:03 pm. 2. Financial Reports: A. Rich Nesbit read the financial status report, prepared by Lori Langford, City of Georgetown. (Notes – Fiscal year starts Oct 1. The majority of property tax collection occurs in January.) Year to Date Total Revenues: $ 193,788.97 Year to Date Total Expenses: $ 59,786.22 Current Funds Available: $ 314,948.75 B. It was noted for the record that several invoices had been approved for payment and forwarded to the Controller’s Office at the City of Georgetown for action. 3. Consideration and possible action to approve the minutes of Georgetown Public Improvement District #1 (PID) meeting held February 14, 2012. Motion to approve February 14, 2012 minutes: Bill Weber; second Harold Hergert. Vote to approve was 4-0. 4. Status update from Matt Saulsgiver, SunTerra Landscaping representative. Mr. Saulsgiver was not present for update. 5. Update on new landscape contract for Georgetown Village PID #1. The contract was awarded to We Mow It, effective April 1, 2012. 6. Update on resurfacing of Gazebo. The contract was awarded to ATX Construction, which has the purchase order, however the resurfacing has been held up due to rain. 7. Update on petition to bring Section 6 into the Georgetown Village PID #1. Since there was a positive response (75 of 120 properties voting “yes”), the City Attorney now has the petitions under review. The next steps are readings at two subsequent meetings of the City Council, which is expected to take place by May 2012. A resident asked the question about the PID taking over maintenance of the park in Section 9 located at 923 Madrone and William Weber of Green Builders will look to convey the park to the City of Georgetown at some point in the future and at that point the City will then be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance thereof.. 8. Elect new officers for the position of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. Motion to postpone the election until next meeting: Bill Weber; second Harold Hergert. Vote to approve was 4-0. 9. New/Other Business. Richard Nesbit announced that following the PID meeting there would be a separate neighborhood meeting with Alliance Association Management’s representative Lynda Crawford to address questions under the responsibility of Alliance Association Management. In anticipation of another summer of drought conditions, Jill Fussell volunteered to write a draft for consideration for changes to the CCR’s that would reflect more drought-friendly landscaping requirements for Georgetown Village. 10. Opportunity for residents to address PID.
