2. Announcements were made by Phillip Hardy:
A. Mark Booras resigned as PID Board Member effective February 27, 2015;
B. Josh Schroeder, unanimously nominated as PID Board Member on January 12, 2015
withdrew his name to be a PID Board Member on February 25, 2015;
C. Reminder for all PID Board Members to complete Attorney General's online training
for the Open Meetings Act and Public Information Act online;
D. Upcoming meetings for Boards & Commissions Liaison Training, Boards &
Commissions Chair Training, Boards & Commissions Member Appreciation
Reception, Parliamentary Training for City Council Members, Board Chairs & Vice
Chairs and Board Liaisons.
3. Financial Report (Steve Goodman, Treasurer)
A. Consideration and possible action to approve February 28, 2015 unaudited Financial
Statements as provided by La'Mar Kemp, Accountant, City of Georgetown:

Motion to approve was made by Bill Weber, seconded by Vincent Utoff. Vote, 6
to 0 to approve.
4. Review of approved expenditures as submitted to Steve Goodman for payment. No action
required
a. Steve Goodman to check on allocated interest of $432.47 and GIS D interest of $30.32 in
detail in the total amount of $462.79.
Consideration and possible action to approve the PID Meeting Minutes of the meeting held on
Monday, February 9, 2015.
Motion to approve by Alex Hayes, seconded by Steve Goodman. Vote 6-0 to
approve.

A, Alley Ways: – Report by Bill Weber: Awaiting a determination by the City of
Georgetown as to whether they have any responsibility for maintenance of inlet
structures within alley ways. Mark Miller with the City of Georgetown advised Bill
Weber that he was waiting for determination from the City of Georgetown legal
department. No action on alley ways is to be taken until we hear from City.
B. Budget: No Report. Discussion ensued. Alex Hayes suggested that the committee
meet soon to come up with five year budget plan in accordance with ordinance.
Alex Hayes stated that starting point for five year budget exists. Melinda Marler
suggested that each committee provide its own input and forward to the Budget
Committee. Discussion evolved into defining roles of each PID committee. Alex
Hayes suggested that there be consideration and possible action to define roles of
each committee at a future PID Board meeting. Furthermore, it was suggested that
each committee come up with roles and responsibilities with the result that
"processes that remain" will be put in place. The full PID Board would then vote on
the committee's roles and responsibilities. Melinda Mader pointed out that there
may already be committee roles and responsibilities published. Alex Hayes affirme,i
this to be the case. Phillip Hardy said he would review and send out to each
committee for their review. There was no disagreement to discuss further at next
PID Board Meeting and to place on the agenda for possible consideration and action
item to approve, adopt roles and responsibilities for each committee.

1. Discussion and possible action to proceed with a Facebook page for the PID
Board.

2. Discussion and possible action to prepare binders for existing and new
members.
Possible electronic flies. No action taken.
3. Discussion and possible action for a mission statement for the PID.
Discussion led by Phil Hardy. No action taken.
4. Discussion and possible action to accept the revised PID Membership
Application.
Committee concluded this still needs work (e.g. picture, visuals). No action
taken.
5. Consideration and possible action to proceed with mailing membership
to door by PID members.
Consensus was door to door was ineffective. Committee to come up with final
recommendations by April meeting. No action taken.

1. Discussion and possible action to proceed with a plan to install picnic tables and
optional shade structures in parks as presented, obtaining design, installation
locations, prepare and let bid per The City of Georgetown Bidding Requirements
to be presented to the PID for final approval.
Motion to approve made by Bill Weber, seconded by Vincent Uthoff. Vote 6-0
to approve.
2. Discussion and possible action to proceed with a sign for the privately owned
Lord & Fish Cemetery located at the corner of Shell Road and Village Commons
to include cost of design, fabrication and installation based on verbiage
provided by the property owner.

to approve.
G. Ponds committee: Report by Bill Weber. Letters from Bill Weber on behalf of the
PID Ponds Committee went out to all developers in Georgetown Village in February
with new rules adopted by PID for conveyance of Water Quality Facilities.

B. May need to determine physical office of the PID. Steve Goodman to check with
City legal department if PO Box address is sufficient or whether we also need to
have a physical location.
