A. Financial status report provided by City of Georgetown Representative,
Lorie Langford
B. Recap of approved expenditures.
3. Consideration and possible action to approve minutes of Georgetown Village Public
Improvement District # I meeting held on March 13th 2012.
4. Status update from Stephanie Hill, We Mow It Representative.
5. Request for replacing of shrubs in circle at Village Commons Entrance.
6. Update on Irrigation systems throughout the Village.
7. Update from Alex Hayes on fence being removed on Shell Road between Madrid and
Bellaire.
8. Update on petition to bring Section 6 into the Georgetown Village PID # 1.
9. Update from the New Representative for Alliance Management and how they will
handle the CCR's and regulations of Georgetown Village.
I O.Update on removal of dead tree from comer of Bellaire and Tascate,
I I.Request from Bill Weber of Wilson Family/ Green Builders Inc., to discuss the issues
of the PID eventually taking over the maintenance of the water quality facilities in
Georgetown Village, as well as to discuss alternatives, per Section 9, Phases 4 to 11.
12.Update on Trimming of Street Trees in the Village.
13. Vote on accepting one of the quotes for Tree Trimming.
14.Update from City on fixing slides at Bedford Park.
15.Update from city on installing basketball courts in one of the PID Parks.
16. New or other business.
17.Opportunity for residents to address PID.
