3. Consideration and possible action to approve Minutes of Georgetown Village
Public Improvement District #1 meeting held on March 11, 2014
4. Landscaping / Irrigation Report (Matt Saulsgiver, SunTerra Landscaping
representative). Introduction of Dwayne Lockhart as new representative
Report on pending work orders previously approved:
- 10 Gulf Coast Muhly grass at new boulder $305.00
- Irrigation adjustments along Shell Rd $2,367.00
- Replanting gardens in pocket parks $2,246.18
- Compost for pocket parks $141.17
Consideration and possible action on proposals listed below.
- Westbury Entrance Proposal - New landscaping (pending)
- Revised proposal for crushed granite path on Shell Rd (pending)
- Wildflower meadow proposal for non -irrigated areas along Shell Rd (pending)

5. Consideration and possible action on request from resident Chris Facchini, 805
Westbury Lane, for PID to allow his pool construction contractor access to his
backyard through PID -owned property (drainage easement), north of Sycamore
entrance.
6. Consideration and possible action on installing 16 stop signs associated with
alleyways in Georgetown Village: Affordable Signs proposal -- $2,974.40
7. Consideration and possible action to approve intent to develop, but not yet fund,
new dog park so that City can proceed with internal and City Council reviews.
8. Consideration and possible action on purchase of proposed bulletin board.
9. Consideration and possible action to install electrical timer at Gazebo for possible
future seasonal mini -lights in adjacent trees.
10. Update on pending appointment of new Alternate Board Members, expected for
second reading and approval at April 8 City Council Meeting:
- Melinda Penniman Marler
- Phillip Hardy
11. Consideration and possible action to hire an assistant to help complete PID
inventory for City and to assist with various bids.
12. Consideration and possible action on purchase of additional benches and trash
cans for pocket parks.
13. Review of new tri -fold brochure for Georgetown Village PID #1 and plan to
distribute
