Ponds Committee (Jill Fussell, Vincent Uthoff, Mark Booras) City of Georgetown Code Enforcement has jurisdiction over Detention Ponds and has been notified that the one for which Gehan Builders is responsible on Rosedale at the intersection of Rowen Dr has been holding water longer that the allowed 48 hou after a rain.
