5. Consideration and possible action on proposal from Affordable Signs to install 2
“Do Not Mow Drainage Easement” signs north of Sycamore entrance at each end

Electrician, listed below:
Lights for night-time illumination of the street names on the street

be returned to PID by June 30

KB Home Creekside has a retention pond that is designed to hold water,
however, City Code Enforcement to verifying that it is built per the plat
design

Update on PID Board insurance coverage and required inventory of PID

G. Alley Paving and Upkeep Committee (Vacant, Alex Hayes, Jill Fussell)
Alleyways have been evaluated and Mark Miller, Georgetown
Transportation Manager, is assisting in assessing which ones may have to
be repaved and when.
10. New Business
A. Mary Drake will be submitting PID Board resignation effective July 1,
2014
B. Jill Fussell will be on vacation for July and August meetings. Alex Hayes
will preside over meetings.
C. Per La’Mar Kemp, the 2014-2015 fiscal budget cycle will start at the end
of July, when Williamson County Assessment District (WCAD) provides
the PID through La’Mar the PID certified revenue for this year. Then the
PID Executive Committee prepares the PID proposed budget. At the
August PID meeting there should be two motions to be considered:
1. To accept the proposed PID Budget for the coming fiscal year
2. To approve the PID assessment rate for the coming fiscal year
(currently .002 (two mils) of assessed value of property)
D. Mark Miller, Director of Transportation, has agreed to install 30 mph
speed limit signs within Georgetown Village, principally along major
entrance thoroughfares. He will also replace the existing “unofficial” 30
mph speed limit signs with the little boy pulling the wagon, which he says
are not enforceable.
