7. Consideration and possible action on Mr. Handyman (Mr. Dent) removing lock
and chain as well as adding steel mesh under grate then resecuring grate over
sink-hole in Cedar Elm Park.

9. Discussion on Green Builders Inc. conveyance of Water Quality Facility located
on Rosedale.
