and 12 described above for the vacation and abandonment of the above-described PUE, due

Being 0.13 acres of land situated in Williamson County County, Texas, out of the G.B. Mayhall Survey, Abstract No.
821, and being a part of Lots 11 and 12, Block A, Final Plat of a Replat of Wilderness Estates, a subdivision in
Williamson County, Texas as recorded in Document No. 2014078656, Official Public Records, Williamson County,
Texas, and further described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING: at a 1/2 inch iron rod with plastic cap inscribed with "TLS INC" found in the south right of way line of
Wilderness Cove for the northeast corner of said Lot 11 and the most northerly northwest corner of said Lot 12;
THENCE: S 03'19'58" W 10.80 feet with the common line of said Lot 11 and said Lot 12 to a calculated point in the
north line of this tract for the POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE: 5.42 feet along a curve to the left being 10 feet south of and parallel to the north line of said Lot 12
