Consideration and possible action to approve the PID Meeting Minutes of the meeting held on Thursday March 5® 2015, fflotion to approve amenaeu MIMI— Goodman. Vote 6-0 to approve. 9 4. Update on PID Board membership application with cover sheet. Consideration and possible action to approve: A. Presentation by Phil Hardy. B. Motion to accept flyer as presented by Phil Hardy made by Alex Hayes; seconded by Steve Goodman. Vote 6-0 to approve. 5. Consideration and possible action to approve GVPID Mission Statement. A. Discussion; Melinda & Alex to word smith. No action taken. B. Continued to next meeting. 6. Consideration and possible action to approve mailing PID member solicitation via one of the two mailing services instead of delivering door-to-door by Board members. A. Discussion: Alex to get mailing list info from WCAD. Melinda said that PID cannot use city's bulk mail permit. Melinda to rebid. No action taken. 7. Report on possible necessity of physical office address for PID —Steve Goodman. A. Steve has not received response yet from City of Georgetown legal department. 8. Conduct elections for vacated PID offices including President, Secretary, possibly Treasurer and Vice President if required. 9. Committee Reports: A. Overview of committee roles and responsibilities by Phillip Hardy. B. Landscape Committee (Phillip Hardy, Alex Hayes and Steve Goodman). L Report by Dwayne Lockhart of Merit Service Solutions received and discussed. Merit directed to remove steel edging at Adkins Park forthwith due to tripping hazard. Merit agreed to replace Coreopsis with another species at no charge as it is under warranty and since Coreopsis was not doing well as reported by Alex Hayes. ii. Design presentation by Will Blair for Village Commons Entry Circle. Committee to get back to Mr. Blair with comments. C. Budget / 5 year plan committee (Alex Hayes, Bill Weber, Steve Goodman). L No report. D. Ponds Committee (Bill Weber, Vincent Uthoff). 1. Nothing to report. E. Executive Committee (Steve Goodman and Phillip Hardy— to be joined by Alex Hayes). L No report. F. Parks committee (Melinda Mader and Alex Hayes). 1. Discussion on picnic tables, handicap issues, verbiage on cemetery plaque. No action taken. fl. Continued to next meeting. G. Communications Committee (Melinda Marler, Steve Goodman, Phillip Hardy) L Discussion about Face Book, other items. No action taken. Continued to next meeting. H. Alley Ways Committee (Bill Weber, Vincent Althoff). L Report; waiting for final determination from City as to responsibility of alley way catch basins. No action taken. ii. Continued to next meeting.
