A. Call to Order by Knight at 6pmi� Nvith the reading of the rneeting procedures, Meeting was slightly
delayed due to traffic issues in the area,

B, Rev iow and possible approval of the minu tes of the February 26, 2015 meeting.
Motion by Mee to approve the rainutes as presented. Second by Winder, Approved 4 — 0.
C, Considerationanal possible action to clect the Vice -Chair and Secretary of the HARC.
Nomination of Nancy Knight as is second by Winder. Approved 4 — 0.
Nomination of Richard Mee as Secretary, second by Winder, Approved 4 — 0.
D. Consideration and possible action to appoint the HARC Demolition Subcommittee.
Nomination of the DemnlitionSubconnnittee as Shawn Hood, Nancy Knight and Mary Jo Winder,
by Knight. Second by Mee. Approved 4 — 0.
17, Consideration and possible action to appoint the HARC Sign Subcommittee.
Nomination of the Sign Subcommittee (which may not be in affect all year if the UDC
Amendments are approved by City Council) as Jennifer Brown, Nancy Knight and Richard Mee,
by Knight, Second by Winder. Approved 4 — O.
R Review of Council approved Bylaws of the Historicand Architectural Review Cornmission,
Frost reviewed the bylaws and anskvered questions.
G� Revieww of meeting proced u res and Iobert's Rules of Order.
Frost reviewed the Rules of Order and answered questions.
