Discussion: Spike in water usage: Workshop proposed by Alex Hayes with Landscape Committee, La'Mar Kemp, and Contractor to examine issue. 3. Consideration and possible action to approve Minutes of Georgetown Village Public Improvement district #1 meeting held on April 13, 2015. A. Motion to approve made by Alex Hayes, second by Melinda Marler: Vote to approve 5 — 0. 4. Discussion regarding City Council's 4/28/2015 workshop about Georgetown Village tree removal due to the root systems lifting sidewalks. Determine if any action by PID board is feasible. A. Comments made by residents, Patsy Nieto, Brian Ortego, and Paula Cuppola in support of Georgetown Village street trees where they are located. 5. Consideration of a climate controlled self -storage to house GTV PID street signs and other items needing to be stored such as brochures, keys. Report by Melinda Mader. A. To follow up with City of Georgetown to see if facility is available. 6. Discuss previously drafted descriptions of committee roles and responsibilities distributed to board members during month of May. A. Consideration& possible action to approve at June meeting. 7. Discussion for moving forward with new member solicitation at earliest possible start date, A. Melinda to get bids for mailings. B. Consideration& possible action to approve bids at June meeting. L-3 = A. Landscape committee: (Phillip Hardy, Alex Hayes, and Steve Goodman) a. Report from Merit Service Solutions; Treated for fire ants, coreopsis going in. RE: Bedford Park - Asked for bids for flag stone and crushed granite and remove decomposed granite gravel and/or to replace decomposed granite gravel where it washed out. Also asked to check out sprinkler heads on Shell Road adjacent to Section 8 where resident is complaining about excess water deteriorating "Shell Road Fence". b. Discussion - Update on walk through with Matt and colleague from Merit and overgrown mowing. c. Update about Village Commons entrance and Gazebo project - report by Phillip Hardy. IN B.
